King's Crown - Grüner Tee (Green Tea) - Mango-Kokos (Mango-Coconut)

This is a flavoured green tea where the flavour is actually a taste not a smell.

It's a fun tropical twist on normal green tea.

I don't have a photo because I drank it all.

Price: 5/5 ($1.36 for 20 bags)
Rating: 5/5

Lacura Beauty - Nagellackentferner Mit Acetone (Nail Polish Remover With Acetone)

This is your basic nail polish remover with acetone, except the bottle has a press-dispenser.
You just press down on the applicator with a cotton pad/ball and the remover goes onto the cotton.
This removes the risk of spilling it everywhere.

It works well like acetone nail polish removers do.

Price: 3/5 ($6.10 for 200mL)
Effectiveness: 5/5

Thompson's - One-A-Day - St John's Wort - 400mg

This is a herbal remedy for depression which acts like an antidepressant (so not to be taken with prescribed antidepressants).
It causes an increase in serotonin in the old think tank.

I like this for when I'm not on prescription antidepressants but need something just for a day or two to help me feel better.

They are medium sized, dark brown tablets that have no taste and are easy to take.

They work really well for me and I can feel my mood lift after taking them.
If I take them the night before I feel good the next day.

It takes about two weeks to be out of your system once you stop taking it.
~10% left after one week and ~1% left after two weeks.
I really like that I don't get withdrawal symptoms when I stop them.

These are a temporary fix, if you need a long term solution then talk to your doctor.

Don't use this if TTC (trying to conceive), pregnant, or breastfeeding.
Something interesting I read about it is that it can make it hard for a sperm to enter an egg, so definitely not a TTC friendly herb.
It can also negatively affect sperm quality.

Price: 2/5 ($38.95 for 60 tablets)
Scent: 2.5/5 (tasteless)
Effectiveness: 5/5

Same Product, Different Scent - Crabtree & Evelyn - Hand Therapy - Citron, Honey, & Coriander

This smells divine!

The citrus oil scent is the strongest note and it's wonderful.
The coriander complements it so well.
The honey is barely perceptible, and I like it that way.

It is so rich and nourishing, as many of the hand therapies are.

Health Embassy - Marshmallow Root

I drink this as a tea. I take it for it's antioxidant and ant-inflammatory.

It smells like potpourri and tastes a little like how the smell would indicate, but it is pleasant enough.

It doesn't have a strong colour.

It is suggested you take it for four weeks then have a one week break.

Or just drink it when you have a cold/getting a cold, it is great for cold relief.

The more I drank it, the less I noticed the taste/smell, which is nice.
You can also easily blend it with other tea.

I felt no adverse effects from drinking it.

Avoid this puppy if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, or have a scheduled surgery within the next two weeks.

Price: 3/5 ($12.56 for 50g... it's a lot)
Scent: 2.5/5
Effectiveness: 5/5

Isana - Nagellackentferner (Nail Polish Remover)  - Mandelduft (Almond Scent)

Even though this may be milder than an acetone nail polish remover, it works just as well.

The speed of removal is comparable to acetone-based polish removers.

It smells a lot better than acetone as well.

If you can, give this one a try! Price: 5/5 ($0.75 for 125mL)
Scent: 3/5 (not as bad/strong as most nail polish removers)
Effectiveness: 5/5
