This fibre supplement is so easy to take, and is a favourite of mine.
It has no flavour, dissolves colourless into water and liquid food.
It doesn't become gelatinous, so you can add it to your water bottle in the morning and drink it throughout the day.
The only negative is I would like it to have some insoluble fibre, but then it wouldn't dissolve as nicely.
