Tea Gschwendner - Himbeerblätter (Raspberry Leaf)
I read that raspberry leaf tea can help with PMS (I get flashes of blinding rage that are not externally provoked) so I thought I'd give it a shot.
This organic tea tastes herbal, faintly sweet, and is very refreshing.
I drank one cup a day.
Note that while this tea is popular to aid conception, you should stop drinking it as soon as you find out you are pregnant.
You can start again at 38 weeks if you like, it may help with labour.
Of course, talk you your OBGYN about it before you start using it.
First cycle and period on it:
Not much pain/cramps, was late by 2 days, but that may be because this tea has been known to extend the Luteal phase.
(Not pregnant, I checked).
It only hurt right as my period started, which is good.
It was a normal for me length.
Second cycle and period on it:
I'm not sure if it is the tea but my pimples, while less, are bigger and take longer to fade.
(***This is not due to the tea, after stopping the tea this is still happening. My body is just becoming extra sexy.)
Also, I have what feels like will be a freaking sty! I've never had a sty before.
*Swollen eyelid went down without becoming a sty! :D
Again, this could be because of other things in my system.
It started on the day I expected and with minimal cramps before and with the period.
The worst was some moderate cramps exactly as my period started and then on day 4.
No irrational anger.
Day 4 and 5 were just spotting (but it was heavy enough the other days that I'm not too worried by this).
If you aren't TTC (trying to concieve), this may be really good for you to manage PMS.
