Jojoba Oil

Cristine of Simply Nailogical recommends this for nail support, she believes it is helpful for growing out your nails.

It is pretty cheap if you buy it pure and not in a fancy container.

It has a just the faintest 'oily' smell, but it is barely detectable.

I like how it feels on the nails, but I think it is making the skin on my fingers a little dry, it gives me little harder spots.
It may be something else but nothing else has changed, so I just pair it with a hand cream.

I haven't had a broken nail in a while now :D

Price: 3.5/5 ($17.70 for 29mL)

Doppel Herz - Aktiv - Omega-3 1400

These omega 3 capsules have omega 3, EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid), and DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid).

They are kind of big but are easy enough for me to swallow.
They are also odouress!

I do like these, they are without any bells and whistles, and they do the job :)

Price: 4.5/5 ($6.82 for 30)
Scent: 2.5/5 (no scent)
Effectiveness: 5/5

Deep Heat - Back Patches

Desperate for relief from my nerve pain, I tried these as a non-stinky, use during work solution.

It worked okay, provided you don't move too much (it doesn't adhere too well).

I would have liked it to have produced more heat, but I guess the manufacturers want to be sure no one gets scolded by it.

It works by the exothermic reaction of iron oxidation:

4Fe(s) + 3O2(g) → 2Fe2O3(s)

Which is why it starts to heat up when exposed to air.
If you are looking for non-stinky pain relief which you can use

without fear of drug interacts, these are pretty good (if a little

pricey).
