And I'm back!

I've been on oxycodone, codeine, meloxicam, paracetamol, and antibiotics and my arm still isn't 100%. :'(

I also have tried Deep Heat and Zortrix (capsaicin cream)... I wouldn't mind if it was just the arm, but the pain goes up the spine and into my brain 

But enough about my perpetual misery and pain, on to the products!
