Bio-Kult - Advanced Multi-strain Formula - Probiotic

This is a nice, easy to take probiotic.
It contains 14 different live bacterial strains, is gluten-free and vegetarian.
I really liked how small they were and how many came in a box.

I just took this off the net, I think it describes it best:

So it has good bacteria, a prebiotic called inulin, and other vitamins/minerals.

It is meant to help with gut flora and thus help the immune system.

The capsules were easy to take and have no taste.
