Health Embassy - Marshmallow Root

I drink this as a tea. I take it for it's antioxidant and ant-inflammatory.

It smells like potpourri and tastes a little like how the smell would indicate, but it is pleasant enough.

It doesn't have a strong colour.

It is suggested you take it for four weeks then have a one week break.

Or just drink it when you have a cold/getting a cold, it is great for cold relief.

The more I drank it, the less I noticed the taste/smell, which is nice.
You can also easily blend it with other tea.

I felt no adverse effects from drinking it.

Avoid this puppy if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, or have a scheduled surgery within the next two weeks.

Price: 3/5 ($12.56 for 50g... it's a lot)
Scent: 2.5/5
Effectiveness: 5/5

O'Clair Health - Hanfpulver Kapseln - Hemp Powder Capsules

These are capsules with two natural phytocannabinoids, which are supposedly good for their cell protective and anti-inflammatory properties.

These have no THC, so they won't get you high.
It's silly that you can't get this in Australia, it cannot be enjoyed recreationally.

I take them at night right before I go to bed because they can make me feel a little nauseous.

Price: 2/5 ($61.46 for 90 capsules)
Scent: 2.5/5 (no scent or taste)
Effectiveness: 4/5
