Model Co - Roxy - Sally Fitzgibbons - Eye Shadow Duo - Bronzed Goddess (Maldives & Jamaica)


This eye shadow duo is a collaborative effort between Model Co, Roxy, and some surfer called Sally Fitzgibbons... Silly people, eye shadow is a hindrance when surfing!

There are two shades, a champagne shimmer (Maldives) and a warm brown shimmer (Jamaica).

Maldives - look at the fallout on my lashes!

'Maldives' has a lot of fall out! It also looks 'lumpy'.

More fallout on my lashes.
Powder over the Eye of Horus selenite eyeliner.

'Jamaica' was the same... but worse because the fallout beneath my eyes made me look tired :/

The names seem kinda stupid, why not name them something related to surfing? 
I don't get the tie-in. 

This is a good lesson in why you should always test products before you have your name slapped on them.

Sleek - Eye Dust - Spellbound

Initially I was quite worried by this, it looked too big to be eye powder.

But I wet my brush and tried anyway.

I was right to be worried. This is messy, unwieldy, applies unevenly, and doesn't look that great on.

Avoid this junk.

Maybelline - Colossal Volum' Express Mascara

So far, this mascara is my hands-down favourite! It goes on smooth, doesn't clump the lashes together and the perfect viscosity will allow you you pull it right to the outer tips of your lashes (Can you say length!!!)

The wand is a damn MAGIC WAND! This is THE wand! The wand you wash and keep because this will keep your lashes as individual lashes! There is no spider-leg lashes with these big bristles. 

Mascara producers, take note: THIS WAND IS THE BE ALL AND END ALL! Quick screwing about!

The only negative I can say about this product is, as the mascara dries, there can be some fallout under the eye.

The solution: Do your skin makeup/ undereye concealer after you do your eyes.... you need this mascara. YOU NEED THIS WAND!
