Revlon - ColorBurst - Lacquer Balm - Vivacious

The colour is amazing!
And this is so moisturising.

Over nude lips.

It also has a soft minty scent, which is so pleasant.
The packaging is an easy wind-up.

It comes of when you eat/drink, but is otherwise long lasting.

But be warned, this is not kiss-proof at all! You will leave kiss marks on people/things.
It also stains the lips (which I personally like).

Price: 5/5 ($4.50)
Scent: 5/5
Effectiveness: 5/5

Revlon - ColorBurst - Matte Balm - 205 Elusive

This is a matte, light pink lip crayon.

Over the BJLL6 lip liner.

It shouldn't be called a balm, it makes it sound like it won't be opaque (it is),
It is soft, smells like mint and isn't dying.

Price: 2.5/5 ($17.95 for 2.7g)
Scent: 5/5 (sweet mint!)
Effectiveness:

Sleek MakeUP - Power Plump - Lip Crayon - Berry Burst

A lip colour from the April Glossybox!

This is a really nice medium brown-pink colour!
It's not too warm or too dark for me.

It also applies really smoothly and is pretty opaque, you can wear it without a lip liner.

Unfortunately it is in a plastic pencil, which is going to be a pain to sharpen to get more product.

Also, bigger issue, the 'plumping' aspect literally makes it feel like it is burning!
You can put a sticky lip gloss underneath as a barrier, but it sucks hard.

The first time I used it I thought I was possibly giving me a chemical burn.

I have used lip plumping lip colours and glosses before and none have hurt like this one!

Why is this nice shade ruined by this awful burning sensation?!

And it is basically because of the irritating components that I can't recommend this.

Price: 3/5 ($11.20 AUD for 3.6g)
Scent: 1/5 (a faint mix of metal and marshmallow... metal is not a pleasant smell)
Effectiveness: 1/5

Birthday Gift! - For L

*Warning: This post has a curse word in it.

L is relatively new to make up, so Sam and I decided to get her a few basics.
These items can be used together, only some, or just one.
You don't need a full face of make up for these to make sense.

These are neutrals (although I will specify the concealer and lip colour are specific for L's skin tones).

I thought a good name would be 'The Basic Bitchez box'!

It contains a concealer, blush, lip crayon, eye shadow, mascara, and brushes.
And packaged in a recycled Bellabox box. (Yay, recycling!)

Feel free to use this idea, and if you do, let me know what you put in yours! :D
