Burt's Bees - Baby - Nourishing Lotion
This is a really nice, rich lotion with a lovely scent (like baby powder meets dark honey).
It is made of 98.9% natural ingredients and unlike so many of Burt's Bees other products, this doesn't have a problem with the formula separating.
It is non-irritating and I really like this lotion.
Price: 1/5 ($11.93 for 170mL)
Scent: 5/5
Effectiveness: 5/5

Burt's Bees Baby - Daily Cream to Powder
This is a diaper cream that is meant to have a powdery finish.
And it does dry down to a powder, which is cool.
It has a soapy scent which is quite strong, so if you don't like they way it smells, you are in for a bad time. I personally like the scent though.
The product also boasts to be 99% natural, which includes a natural fragrance.
It also has no phthalates, parabens, mineral oil or SLS.
I really wanted to like this product, but it separates almost immediately.
You go to squeeze some out of the tube and just the oil part comes out.
If you have a baby, this product is just annoying and is going straight in the bin!
It's a nice idea, but it needs to be reformulated.
Price: 1/5 ($12.24 for 113g)
Scent: 5/5
Effectiveness: 0/5

Same Product, Different Colour - Burt's Bees - Lipstick - Fuchsia Flood
This is a medium pink lipstick.
As with all in this range, don't let it get too hot, the wax de-emulsifies and forms beads.
The colour payoff is pretty good though.
Mine has de-emulsified and is is rough and streaky now :(

Burt's Bees - Strawberry - Lip Balm
I'm not normally a huge lip balm fan, but this is a game changer.
This balm is so soft (without being messy) and applies so easily!
It is really moisturising and gives a nice satin finish.
There is a wide range of flavours, I couldn't actually choose (I asked a friend to pick for me).
This isn't a fake strawberry flavour, it is like an unripe strawberry (it is actually really nice).
It is subtle and you wont feel it is overpowering.
J, you picked well!
From now on, if I need a lip balm, THIS is what I'd get :D
Price: 3.5/5 ($6.95)
Scent: 5/5
Effectiveness: 5/5

Burt's Bees - Lipstick - 501 Blush Basin
This product immediately intrigued me when it was released.
I always wanted to try something from Burt's Bees but don't really like lip balms.
The colour intensity is moderate (not full coverage, but close enough), the formula goes on smoothly, lasts at least 4 hours, and is moisturising.
It has a satin finish and faint floral scent.
It can do that weird thing that beeswax can do when it experiences temperature changes and forms hard beads of wax. The emulsion in it can be broken and I'm not sure how to reverse it without taking the lipstick out of the container.
The packaging does feel a little flimsy, but it doesn't break and any ascetic issue can be forgiven since the packaging is recyclable.
Although I must say I LOVE the hexagons on the cap <3 The little beehive motif is adorable.
This isn't the best formula I have used, but is a nice option if you want a more environmentally friendly option.
Price: 2/5 ($19.95 for 3.4g)
Scent: 3/5 (faint floral scent)
Effectiveness: 4/5
