L'Occitane - Immortelle Precious Cream

This is a very thick cream that has a wheat-like scent.
It is a thick cream that absorbs well and leaves your skin feeling nourished.
In terms of the packaging, I will never not be a fan of blue glass.

Price: 1/5 ($87.00 for 50mL)
Scent: 2.5/5
Effectiveness: 5/5

Trilogy - Rosapene Night Cream

This rich night cream from New Zealand has rosapene (rosehip oil and antioxidants), goji berry, and manuka honey.

It smells a little like wheat, but it isn't too strong.

It applies nicely, absorbs super fast, and feels very moisturising.

The brown, frosted glass jar is also nice and adds to an apothecary feel.

I would happily buy this again.

Price: 3/5 ($46,96 for 60mL, I got it on sale)
Scent: 2.5/5
Effectiveness: 5/5

Same Product, Different Scent - The Body Shop - Body Butter - Vitamin E

I got this as a free gift with purchase (love a free gift)!
It was thick, absorbed well, and smells like a oily wheat.

Essentials bu Faulding - Vitamin E Cream

Vitamin E is, among other things, is an antioxidant and is associated with tissue repair.
How effective it is in topical treatment I cannot say.
It is however popular and this cream is one example.

The cream itself smells wheat-like and clinical, not a nice thing to walk around smelling of.
The texture is thick, oily, and does not absorb well.

Overall, I don't really like this as it feels like it is trying to be a medicinal treatment and has ignored being pleasant.

Price: 5/5 (RRP $4.45 for 75g)
Scent: 0/5
Effectiveness: 2/5 (as a moisturiser)

Healthy Care - Bee Venom Face Moisturiser

This was the face moisturiser I used as my night cream when I was traveling through California.

It smells like honey (yay!) and wheat (why!?!), but was pleasant enough.

As far as feeling any effect of the venom on my face, I got a little stiffness, but nothing major (no paralysis).
The stiffness I felt could be due to my skin plumping up with the added moisture (which is also most desirable).

I liked it, I don't know if I will buy it again though, as it didn't seem that effective.

"I want bits of my face to stop moving and wrinkling up" Solution:

Xeomin (botulinum  toxin), baby!

Price: 3.5/5 (rrp $21.99 for 30g)
Scent: 1/5
Effectiveness: 3/5

Avon - Skin so Soft - Hair Minimizing Deodorant

I know at least two Avon ladies so I thought I would give this a try.
(TMI FYI: I epilate/wax to remove body hair, I do this for me because I like my body without hair, not for anyone else)

As far as minimizing hair regrowth, it didn't help all that much, I didn't notice much of a different.

As far as being a deodorant, it did as a deodorant should.
The only negative is the smell, it smells like wheat to me... which isn't a bad smell, I just don't like smelling like wheat.

"Get rid of my underarm hair, thou!" Solution:

Embrace the pain!!!!!!! Muhahahaha!!!

Price: 4/5 (rrp $5.99 for 85mL)
Scent: 1/5
Effectiveness: 4/5
